Gulugod Baboy

Gulugod Baboy has a perfect ambiance of scenic rolling hills

It was 24th of September when our climb at Gulugod Baboy in Batangas was set, and I was thinking if I will survive it. LOL! Well, I trek Taal Volcano and recently Binurong Point and  I am thinking this is just the same. Hopefully! As usual, I am with the gang, the #teamsulok.

What I love about this climb is the gloomy weather, perfect for me! And for the downside, I did not like the elevated part of the trail it is so tiring. There are houses and sari-sari stores along the way, in case you want to buy something you can have it there.

A night before our climb it rained so we are expecting to conquer the world of mud. But, upon reaching the summit I can say it is all worth it. Perfect view of Sombrero Island visible on the top. The ocean is calling us to swim!

According to our tour guide, there are 3 summits. These are Mt. Gulugod Baboy or the lone tree, the Gitna and the Mt. Pinagbardehan. Finally, we reached the summit! We sit, lay down and took photos. The wind is so cool. Views are real wow!
